Your picking up instructions will be emailed to you with your receipt. You must print or make a note of these as they will contain a telephone number for the day of travel. Go Vito Travel will not refund you if you have forgotten to take this with you.
You are responsible for checking the details of the booking in the sales receipt we email you confirming your booking. Go Vito Travel will not be held responsible if the information is incorrect. If it is incorrect please inform us as soon as possible and we will email you an amended sales receipt.
Go Vito Travel does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.
We advise passengers to plan to arrive at the airport 3 hours prior to flight departure to allow for possible unpredicted delays en route to or from the airport. Go Vito Travel will not take responsibility for any passengers missing their flight if 3 hours check in time was not allowed.
You are free of course to arrange to get to the airport for a time of less than 3 hours prior to flight departure, however Go Vito Travel accept no responsibility for any missed flight due to this.
All passengers are advised to have adequate travel insurance prior to booking.
No responsibilities for costs are to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport.
Please ensure you give us your arrival times and day in to the UK and not your departing information.
If you have a serious delay on your return journey please inform us as soon as possible although we will do our utmost to find out if you have incurred any delays.
Go Vito Travel use their own transport wherever possible but do use third party companies where appropriate.
Reservations made for service on the following dates will be subject to an additional surcharge on published prices: 24,25,26,31st December & 1st January, other days may also be affected. These prices will be posted on our web site at the time a quotation is requested, this information is also available when booking through our call center.
Pricing Policy
Prices are calculated manually with the distance and amount of passengers travelling taken into consideration. We reserve the right to provide an upgraded car type from the original selected if your chosen vehicle is unavailable.
Waiting Time
We do not charge for the 1st hour's waiting time after the plane has landed. However if the passenger if stuck in immigration or has lost luggage we reserve the right to charge waiting at £15/hr pro rata.
Tolls Any Bridge/ Motorway/ Tunnel Tolls are not included in our quotes. The driver will ask you for the money or we can take this from your card if you prefer. The most common toll is the M6 Toll and Transport for London Comgestion Charge.
Cancellation Policy
Go Vito Travel will accept any cancellation made as long as there is at least 24 hours notice however there will be a £7 or 10% (whichever is higher) administration / transaction charge. The cancellation must be made via an email to which you will receive confirmation by us.
If you do not receive an email from Go Vito Travel confirming the cancellation we have not received it. In this case please call our out of hours number which is 07815775997. Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: No refund is made if the passenger does not show up for pre-paid journeys.
No refund is made for cancellation of a booking on the day of travel or afterwards.
All other circumstances where a refund may be possible should be addressed directly with Go Vito Travel's customer services.
